For the King II – November 2

This one of the November 2023 PC game releases is a sequel that be expected to deliver more of the same good things from its predecessor, with more depth and refinement. This series is inspired by tabletop adventures and seeks to recreate that feel on screen. In For the King II, you can fight against the tyrannical queen of Fahrul solo or in a party of four players. Available on the Steam store.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III – November 10

Yet another installment in the Call of Duty franchise is set to be one of the November 2023 PC game releases. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III’s release date was announced by their team’s staff this past August, including some details about changes in the game. This game, as can be expected, picks up after the story of Modern Warfare II. Captain Price and Task Force 141 return to face ultranationalist Vladimir Makarov’s forces. Persona 5 Tactica – November 16

This adventure, set in the Persona universe, follows members of the Phantom Thieves on their journey through a land under tyrannical rule. An enigmatic revolutionary named Erina offers them a deal for their help. This one of the November 2023 PC game releases will be available on the Steam store.

If you’re planning to dive back into Cyberpunk 2077 with this new expansion, or if it just piqued your interest now that it’s out, you’ll want to know about the updates to the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC requirements and whether your PC will meet them. CD Projekt Red released a comprehensive list of updated PC requirements with this expansion, including guidelines for different graphic presets and ray tracing settings, with FPS estimates. We’ll break them down here, and give an example of one of our PCs that fits the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC requirements for each section.

Brief Introduction to the Story so Far, and What to Expect

A warning: if you don’t want to know anything going in, please skip this section and move on ahead to the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC requirements. We’ll just be sticking to the basic overview, though.

In Cyberpunk 2077, you play as a character called V with a customizable appearance fighting to survive in a sci-fi world filled with danger, amazing technology, and corrupt forces of power. You’ll be accompanied and guided by a fascinating character called Johnny Silverhand. As you gain experience and power, you can upgrade V to customize your playstyle.

Phantom Liberty takes V into an espionage adventure in Dogtown to save the NUS president. V will need to build alliances to accomplish this quest, and will need to choose them well. You’ll face high-security building infiltrations and fight experienced professionals. A new skill tree will also become available to you.

• Something you’ll want to keep in mind for every preset level is the updated storage requirements call for at least an SSD instead of an HDD. SSDs can achieve faster loading times than HDDs can.
  • The more demanding ultra, ray tracing: ultra, and ray tracing: overdrive presets require even more advanced and faster storage technology: NVMe drives.

• You’ll need 70 GB available on your drive to install the base game, and 35 GB of available space for Phantom Liberty, for a total of 105 GB.

• The recommended operating system for all presets is 64-bit Windows 10.

For the recommended/high Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty PC requirements, we think this version of our Azure PC is a good fit.

Ultra

CD Projekt Red estimates you’ll be able to experience around 60 FPS in 2160p resolution at ultra graphics settings if your hardware meets or exceeds these requirements. Ultra calls for some high-power hardware.

Sonic Superstars – October 17

A delay was recently announced for Cities: Skylines II, but only for console versions. As of now the PC version is still expected to launch this upcoming October 24th.

In this detailed city-building sim, you can construct a city from scratch and cultivate it to your whims, influenced as well by the dynamic elements of the environment: you’ll face challenges from pollution, weather, and seasonal changes. This game promises that every decision you make carries consequences for your city.

To run this game at a minimum, these are the requirements given, and it won’t take the beefiest or newest computer in the world to meet them. Of course, you may not be able to turn up the graphics settings very high at just the minimum needed to run the game, and you may not see super high framerates.

This version of our Nebula model PC, available on our website, meets the minimum Mortal Kombat 1 PC requirements, and exceeds them moderately, especially for the GPU. We think that you’ll be able to play Mortal Kombat 1 on this machine. There aren’t performance estimates given on the Steam store page to explain what you can expect to see at minimum specs.

Recommended Mortal Kombat 1 PC Requirements

For better performance and the ability to push your graphics settings higher, you’ll want to at least meet or exceed the recommended PC requirements, which requires a little more power. Older generation hardware will do, but it will need to be at least mid or high tier in strength. Interestingly, the recommended requirements don’t call for any additional RAM over the minimum, so this game may not rely as heavily on RAM.

A Blaze 3.0 version currently available in white on our website fits the recommended Mortal Kombat 1 PC requirements, and even outdoes them a bit for CPU and RAM. We estimate that you may be able to achieve a satisfactory experience in Mortal Kombat 1 with this machine. Lies of P is an upcoming soulslike PC game release set for September 19th, with a heavy Bloodborne influence and an interesting story premise based on a classic tale: the puppet Pinocchio. The protagonist in this game is indeed said to be a puppet made by a character named Geppetto, true to its fairy tale inspiration, though the Steam store description promises the game takes the tale and “turns it on its head.” The setting speaks to this a bit, as it is set in the dark and elegant Belle Epoque era of the late 19th century in France. Lies of P will be coming to the Steam store and Xbox Gamepass on its launch date.

According to the minimum Lies of P PC requirements available via Steam, this game shouldn’t take very powerful hardware to be able to play. However, there are no performance estimates on the Steam store page for the game for these minimum specs.

We think this PC should be strong enough to play Lies of P, according to the minimum requirements on Steam’s store page. Interestingly, the processors for the recommended Lies of P PC requirements are the same as those that meet the minimum requirements. Based on this, it seems like this game will lean more heavily on RAM and graphics cards to power up its performance, instead of the CPU. This selection from the crop of September 2023 PC game releases is a soulslike with a unique fantasy premise: the story draws from the tale of Pinocchio. Though the character you pilot does not appear to be wooden, they are indeed said to be a puppet, created by Geppetto. This interpretation of a classic story will pit you against frightening monsters and deceptive individuals along the way.

Mortal Kombat 1 – September 19th

This one of the September 2023 PC game releases will be available to play for early access a few days ahead of its full arrival starting September 15th. It’s available now for pre-purchase on the Steam store and the Epic Games store.

PAYDAY 3 – September 21st

This game is another long-awaited addition to a franchise, releasing 10 years after PAYDAY 2. The franchise is finally back to bring more high-octane co-op shooting action to your screen. PAYDAY 3 will be another intense FPS experience in the franchise’s iconic style, highlighting teamwork as you plan and execute the ultimate bank heist with your squadmates.

This title from the set of September 2023 PC game releases is available for pre-order through the Steam store and Epic Games store, as well as the Microsoft Xbox store.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Expansion – September 26th

Take V back into the action as you enter a thrilling espionage adventure in this expansion that’s coming as part of the September 2023 PC game releases. This expansion will have a focus on stealth and subterfuge. The base game will also receive extensive updates and changes with the release of this expansion.

This expansion is available for pre-purchase on the Steam store, Epic Games store and gog.com.

Immortals of Aveum is an action-adventure shooter game that promises an exciting, immersive experience. Developed by Ascendant Studios and published by Electronic Arts, Immortals of Aveum boasts of an engaging storyline, incredible graphics, and unique gameplay mechanics that are sure to captivate.
