Had to boot from usb stick and reinstall windows. Once in windows, the video card was dead (wouldn’t do any 3D rendering), returned system for refund. So not a great experience. Tech support was very helpful, we’re always available and took back the computer without an issue. Just think the QC wasn’t done properly in my case.
