Hello Dominic,

Thank you for your honest review. I passed your review over to the build team. Regarding the glue though, since the connectors do slip during shipping we found it to be easier to put a tad bit of glue to hold them in place rather than have customers contact us after their computer will not power on or have other issues simply because those connections slip out during transit.

1. The I/O Shield for the motherboard looks like it had the hell beat out of it. It’s all denty and bendy.
2. One of the USB ports on the case doesn’t work. Not a HUGE deal. But still, you kinda expect EVERYTHING to work when you buy something.
3. STOP USING HOT GLUE ON CONNECTORS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It’s hideous and unnecessary.

Other than that. It’s a really good build. Cable management is good. Thermals are great. And performance is way better than expected.

Overall a good buy.
